He graduated from Karaganda State University named after E. Buketov with a degree in international law. He holds a master&#8217;s degree in international relations from the European Institute for International Strategic Studies (Brussels). \u200e<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<h3>\u200eHe began his career in 1999 as a bailiff of the Department of Justice Nur Sultana, then continued to work in the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan. \u200e<\/h3>\n<h3>\u200eHe began his diplomatic career in 2001 as an attache of the International Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. \u200e<\/h3>\n<h3>\u200eFrom 2002 to 2005, he served as the head of the legal department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. \u200e<\/h3>\n<h3>\u200eFrom 2005 to 2007 he was the head of the state language and legal examination department. \u200e<\/h3>\n<h3>\u200eIn 2007 he was appointed deputy director of the Department of Administration, then in 2009 he headed it. \u200e<\/h3>\n<h3>\u200eFrom 2010 to 2015 he worked as an adviser-ambassador of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Belgium. \u200e<\/h3>\n<h3>\u200eFrom 2016 to 2019 he headed the Department of Administration and Control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of kazakhstan. \u200e<\/h3>\n<h3>\u200eHe has served as the Consul Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the US.
