Minister\u00a0 referred to the directive of Prime Minister Imran Khan to take all necessary steps to ensure the implementation of the Trans-Afghan Railway project between Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan. <\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"ag8vr-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"ag8vr-0-0\">The two sides discussed the implementation of a tripartite agreement on the construction of a transit Afghan railway between Mazar-e-Sharif, Kabul, Jalalabad, Torkham and Peshawar.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"89c7t-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"89c7t-0-0\">The two sides welcomed and encouraged Chinese cooperation in financing, and agreed to provide technical assistance to the Russian Federation, including satellite imagery and topographic surveys, at recent meetings in Tashkent.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"3ocoj-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"3ocoj-0-0\">The project will give Uzbekistan uninterrupted access to the water ports of Karachi, Bin Qasim and Gwadar.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"5jif5\" data-offset-key=\"bvn07-0-0\">\n<h4 class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"bvn07-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"bvn07-0-0\"> Rail infrastructure projects will provide lifeline support for the reconstruction of Afghanistan and will help alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.
