Ministry of defense has recorded Russia\u2019s war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine.<\/h4>\n

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, has stated that the Russian Armed Forces are starting to actively use saboteurs and paratroopers in a change of tactics dictated by their unsuccessful initial push to strike quickly with long columns of military vehicles and equipment.<\/h4>\n

In Kuleba\u2019s words: “Unfortunately, we also have casualties among civilians in Polissya, Maryanivka, and Gavrylivka. In Maryanivka, in the Vyshhorod district, the enemy cynically launched an air strike on civilians.<\/h4>\n

So far we have confirmed information about the deaths of 4 people\u00a0 and more than who have been 15 wounded [in the air strike].”<\/h4>\n

Details<\/strong>: The directions of Bucha – Gostomel\u2019 – Irpin\u2019 remain difficult in the Kyiv region. Russian occupation forces have been trying to break through for the last 4 hours. In Bucha, our troops have stopped the advance of a column of military equipment; the enemy left the equipment and retreated.<\/h4>\n

At the entrance to Vyshgorod, Ukraine\u2019s National Guard forces, National Police, and Territorial Defense units are deterring the Russian offensive.<\/h4>\n

Boryspil\u2019 direction is calm, no military action is taking place there.<\/h4>\n

Kuleba noted that the final number of civilian casualties in the region is still being confirmed. He added that in general, the situation in the Kyiv region is completely under control today.\"\"<\/h4>\n

Earlier<\/strong>, prosecutor general Irina Venediktova said that the Russian army has probably shelled an orphanage in Vorzel\u2019, Kyiv region; 50 children were in the orphanage at the time of shelling.<\/h4>\n

According to the media, the enemy is deploying “Grad” rocket launchers in Chernihiv; windows shatter in the regional hospital. Meanwhile, in the Chernihiv region, Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a major column of the enemy\u2019s forces.<\/h4>\n

Details<\/strong>: Oleksandr Gashpar, an eyewitness, told\u00a0 Suspil\u2019ne that windows shattered in the regional hospital in the surgeries building, the old boiler room and in the hospital\u2019s canteen. Only windows with wooden frames blew out; those with metal-plastic ones were not affected.\"\"<\/h4>\n

The head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, called on those in Chernihiv who are not taking part in the city\u2019s defense to hide in shelters or, if impossible, stay in their homes.<\/h4>\n

The Russian army is likely to conduct another airstrike, deploying “Grad” missile launchers to shell Chernihiv, including the city\u2019s residential areas, Chaus said.<\/h4>\n

There is also information that Russians can drop mines and explosive devices from planes, including explosives disguised as children\u2019s toys, mobile phones, and other valuables.<\/h4>\n

Meanwhile, “Pivnich” [North] operational command reports that in the afternoon Ukrainian Armed Forces fired a missile at the enemy’s military column near \u200b\u200bHrodna in Chernihiv region.<\/h4>\n

“As a result of our airstrike, the Russian army suffered losses.
