Further Russia is being criticized for the deportation of tens of thousands of Ukrainians to Siberia, and the Russian Military and Ex-Convicts are occupying their homes. This is a demography change tactic in some other areas of the World as well.<\/strong> <\/span><\/h5>\n
Following the appointment of S. Surovikin as the commander of the Russian troops in Ukraine, air strikes with the help of missiles and Iranian drones against Ukraine’s critical infrastructure facilities are carried out almost daily.<\/h5>\n
Russia completely changes the tactics of the war and begins a series of remote strikes in the deep rear. Against the inability of the Russian troops to get a convincing victory at the front, Putin wants to deprive the Ukrainians of heat, electricity and water supply. \"\"<\/h5>\n
Waging a terrorist war is the only thing Putin can resort to in order to provoke panic and further demoralization in Ukrainian society, which, according to the Kremlin dictator, will gradually reduce the level of the Armed Forces of Ukraine\u2019s counteraction and help Russia dictate its terms in the negotiations.<\/h5>\n
Ukraine faces the most difficult winter since 1991. Russia is quite predictable and consistent: now its line of behavior resembles a similar one at the beginning of the cold season of 2021-22, when natural gas supplies to Europe fell sharply. Russia wants to deprive Ukrainians of the basic comforts of life, the ability to use transport and communications.<\/h5>\n
There is systematic shelling of Ukrainian infrastructure on a daily basis: they even begin at almost the same time. As of October 18, Russia has already destroyed 30 % of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, and new attacks of missiles and UAVs are fixed daily. Ukrainian air defense is very effective, but Russia takes mass, launching a large number of missiles in order to exhaust the potential of the air defense.<\/h5>\n
For this reason, some missile strikes bring great destruction. The main criterion for the protection of the critical infrastructure of Ukraine is the presence of a sufficient number of Western weapons, in particular, the aforementioned air defense to protect the sky. The defeat of Ukraine will be Russia’s greatest victory and a systemic crisis in the civilized world.<\/h5>\n
The West cannot allow the strengthening of totalitarian Russia and must help Ukraine survive the most difficult winter in its modern history.<\/h5>\n
Ukraine blames Russia Is Deporting Tens of Thousands of Ukrainians to Siberia, the Russian Military and Ex-Convicts Are Occupying Their Homes<\/span><\/h5>\n

In reality, this is a typical Russian lie and a reason to bring as many Ukrainians to Russia as possible because of the inability to retain the occupied territories. As of October 20, about 60 thousand Ukrainians from the Kherson region were moved to the Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory. Upon arrival, they are informed that there are not enough places for temporary residence, but there is an alternative in other regions of the Russian Federation.<\/h5>\n
Thus, the actual forced displacement to remote and uninhabited regions of the Russian Federation is carried out.<\/h5>\n
One of the key reasons for the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine was Putin’s desire to increase the population of Russia. In 2021, there was an unprecedented decrease in the number of Russians \u2014 the largest since 1945. After February 24, Russia forcibly removed 2 to 5 million Ukrainians to its territory (according to various sources).<\/h5>\n
Putin understands that the demographic crisis in which Russia finds itself is a fall of its economy and the collapse of social institutions.<\/h5>\n
Thus, the Russian occupation administration kidnaps people in the occupied territories of Ukraine and forcibly moves them to remote regions of the Russian Federation. The empty houses will be populated by the Russians mobilized after February 21, who should become something like a military administration and \u201cdilute\u201d the local population that will remain at home.<\/span><\/h5>\n
Putin actually adapted the Soviet model of forced resettlement of entire peoples, and now he is committing this crime in the occupied territories of Ukraine, taking tens of thousands of Ukrainians to Russia with impunity.<\/h5>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
