\"\"Islamabad: 29 Oct 2022 – Renown writer, poetess Dr Afshan Malik has felicitated the people and government of Turkiye on their National Day, that is celebrated in Pakistan as well with expressions of brotherhood and love for their turkish brothers and sisters. Dr Afshan Malik has authored a book on Pakistan Turkiye Relations.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n
While sharing her views on the National Day and bilateral ties, Dr Afshan Malik stated, ” Turkiye and Pakistan are one nation in two countries. We have centuries old close and trustworthy relations deep into the history that have flourished in present day world as well. Both countries stand with each other through thick and thin. The humanitarian relief in shape of medical and material assistance speaks a lot about how we are attached and how we feel for each other.”<\/h5>\n
Dr Afshan Malik appreciated, ” President Erdogan, as soon as, learnt the damages of flood in Pakistan, directed the concerned ministries to establish a relief bridge with Pakistan as early as possible. Ambassador Dr Mehmet Pacaci recently shared the details of the assistance in a press conference. This is the real brotherhood that Turkiye is one of the top countries to provide maximum relief at this difficult time of calamity in Pakistan.”<\/h5>\n
To a question, Dr Afshan Malik shared , ” Turkiye has proved many times that if Pakistan has any sincere and the best friend in the world, that is Turkiye. President Erdogan and his team have left no stone unturned to solving the problems of Muslim World. Further, Turkiye has played keyrole in bringing the enemies on the table to negotiate for peace and stability in the regions and the world. Green Agreement between Ukraine and Russian Federation is the latest example.”<\/h5>\n
