Islamabad: Monitoring Desk – International Observers of Russia-Ukraine War are of the view that\u00a0 Russia announced its withdrawal from the grain agreement, which means the end of Ukrainian food exports to countries with a high degree of food security vulnerability. Russia, in fact, has lost the war with Ukraine, and a cornered Putin wants to create a global famine for chaos and violence on the streets of European cities, which will be flooded with refugees from Africa and the Middle East.<\/strong> <\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n
This is a typical criminal tactic of warfare by hybrid means.In the course of aggressive wars, Russia has always resorted to criminal methods of warfare, terror and the mass destruction of the civilian population by any means. Among all the colonialists who came to foreign lands with war, the Russians were particularly cruel, and a lot of scientific research by historians and sociologists is devoted to this.<\/h5>\n
There is an ethno-psychological theory of a special, meaningless cruelty that is genetically inherent in Russians, manifested in the desire to uncontrollably destroy everything that they cannot capture. We are talking about the destruction of people and any resource base in the territories that they want to capture. This theory was absolutely confirmed after February 24, when the Russian army made a full-scale invasion of Ukraine with the aim of occupying it.<\/h5>\n

When the plan of the \u201cKremlin blitzkrieg\u201d failed, Putin began to use the most disgusting methods of warfare: ethnic cleansing, destruction of housing estates, attacks on critical infrastructure, and provocations at the ZNPP. And of course, blackmail with the creation of artificial famine in the world, by blocking the Ukrainian ports and ships with Ukrainian food, which happened immediately after the invasion.<\/h5>\n
Thanks to the collective efforts of the world community, in July, it was possible to conclude a grain agreement and the export of Ukrainian grain resumed, but since September, Russia began to systematically detain ships with grain for an indefinite period. In early October, Putin noted that Ukrainian ports could again be blocked, by the end of October there were already 176 grain ships in line, which Russia had blocked, and on October 29, after attack on Russian ships in Sevastopol, the Russian Defense Ministry announced Russia’s unilateral withdrawal from the grain agreement.<\/h5>\n
Putin wants to create a global famine for a complete destabilization of the West. The consequences of artificial famine are felt in the countries of Asia and Africa. Russia has long tested this method: even in Soviet times, the creation of famines was a usual tactic of the Kremlin. Putin decided to scale this tactic up largely and spread it around the world. This is an obvious crime of the terrorist state of Russia, led by the biggest war criminal of the 21st century, endangering the political and economic stability of the world.<\/h5>\n
Under collective pressure, Putin was forced to agree to unfettered grain exports from Ukraine this summer. To restore this process, it is now extremely necessary to put pressure on the Kremlin, because the consequences of the food blockade will be disastrous, that allow Putin to dictate his political conditions for peace on unequal terms.<\/h5>\n
Russia made two loud statements at once:<\/strong><\/em> it announced its withdrawal from the grain deal, which means the actual blockade of Ukrainian ports and the creation of prerequisites for artificial famine, and also accused the UK of undermining Nord Streams. It is natural that the stronger the systemic crisis in Russia becomes against the background of the war unleashed by Putin against Ukraine, the more obvious the defeat of the Kremlin, the more hysterical the Kremlin propaganda becomes.<\/h5>\n
The Russian society is beginning to get tired of the war without seeing any achievements for Russia due to unprecedented human losses and economic damage. Russia for many decades received the reputation of a killer, an occupier and an outsider. Under such conditions, Russian propaganda creates new reasons that motivate Russians to continue to die for Putin’s manic illusions.<\/h5>\n
Creating the image of an external enemy threatening Russia is how its accusations in the direction of London of sabotage with Nord Streams can be explained, and is it necessary to say that this “enemy” should be part of the West. The Russian army has exhausted almost all arguments: they are forced to buy even UAV’s from Iran, and with each missile strike, the hatred of Ukrainians for the occupier only intensifies.<\/h5>\n
On February 24, Putin could not even imagine that in the fall of 2022 Russia would find itself in such a situation and, in fact, would not have chance for any maneuver. Under such conditions, led by him Russian propaganda begins chaotically to say ridiculous things, low-quality insinuations (like the “Ukrainian dirty bomb”, “destructive sects on the territory of Ukraine”) in order to somehow distract the dulled inner layman, who, during periods of relative sobriety, begins to guess that “there is something wrong in Russia” and create an incentive for further recruitment of “cannon fodder” to the front line.<\/h5>\n
The accusations of Great Britain are another fake and in the near future we should expect the announcement of new insinuations in which Russia will blame the whole world for its problems.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n
Russian attempts to create an artificial famine should be considered in The Hague. Ukraine is on the right track, and with the constant help of the West, the Russian evil will be stopped and finally defeated precisely on the western borders of the modern “evil empire”.<\/h5>\n
