ISTANBUL: Anadolu + Times of Israel\u00a0 – Palestine health ministry in Gaza said Saturday that Israel had killed 7,703 people \u2014 mainly civilians, with more than 3,500 of them children. The figures could not be independently verified and did not provide figures on combatants killed. Israel says some 1,500 terrorists were killed in the October 7 attack.<\/h5>\n
T\u00fcrkiye will introduce Israel to the world as a war criminal, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Saturday.Israel\u00a0 said it was pulling its diplomats out of Turkey to \u201creassess relations\u201d as President Recep Tayyip Erdogan continued to lash the Jewish state for its actions in the Gaza Strip.<\/h5>\n
Speaking at “Great Palestine Meeting,” a pro-Palestine rally in Istanbul, Erdogan said: “Israel, we will also declare you as a war criminal to the world, we are preparing for it, and we will introduce Israel to the world as a war criminal.”<\/h5>\n
Erdogan stressed that the Western world mobilized its politicians, and media to legitimize the massacre of the innocent people in Gaza, adding: “Israel is committing war crimes.”<\/h5>\n
He said Israel is an \u201coccupier,\u201d adding: \u201cWest owes you, but T\u00fcrkiye does not owe you.\u201d<\/h5>\n

\u201cI am asking West, do you want to create another Crusader War atmosphere?\u201d he asked, adding: \u201cThe main culprit behind the massacre unfolding in Gaza is the West.\u201d<\/h5>\n
\u201cOf course, every country has the right to defend itself, but where is justice? There is no defense but an open, and vicious massacre going on in Gaza.\u201d<\/h5>\n
Everyone knows that Israel is a pawn in the region that will be sacrificed when the time comes, he added.<\/h5>\n

Erdogan said he saluted “the determination of the people of Gaza” to not abandon their homes, and city in the face of oppressor’s bombardments.<\/h5>\n
Israel has heavily bombarded Gaza since Oct. 7 when the Palestinian group Hamas carried out a cross-border attack, killing 1,400 people, and taking many hostages.<\/h5>\n
The Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip said the Israeli strikes had now killed at least 7,703 people, mainly civilians and many of them children.<\/h5>\n
Recalling the UN General Assembly votes in favor of a resolution calling for a ‘humanitarian truce’ in Gaza, Erdogan said: “Israel, you are doomed to be left alone.”<\/h5>\n
The UN General Assembly approved a resolution Friday that called for an immediate “durable and sustained humanitarian truce” in Gaza.<\/h5>\n
The resolution, which was presented by nearly 50 countries, including T\u00fcrkiye, Palestine, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), was approved in a 120-14 vote with 45 nations abstaining.<\/h5>\n
Adopted at the 10th Emergency Special Session meeting on the situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, the draft resolution expresses “grave concern” about the “latest escalation of violence.”<\/h5>\n
T\u00fcrkiye does not condone attacks targeting civilians in Israel, said Erdogan, adding: “We are saddened for every civilian in any way, but Israel does not care.”<\/h5>\n
Just as T\u00fcrkiye stood by the oppressed during difficult times, as it did during the Second World War and 500 years ago, it will also be the hope for these people, he added.<\/h5>\n
“I reiterate the call I made to the Israeli government in recent days. Heed our call to deliver aid to the oppressed and to open the doors of dialogue to establish peace. Come today and take a positive step, perhaps for the first time in your life, for your own and your children’s future.”<\/h5>\n
There are Palestinians who have been gradually displaced from their homes, and homelands, and their lives have been affected due to the attacks carried out by Israel since its establishment, he said.<\/h5>\n
“Certainly, in such a climate of fire and blood, there have been regrettable events. However, none of these can serve as an excuse for campaigns aimed at discrediting the resistance carried out by the Palestinian people under various names.”<\/h5>\n
“I said that Hamas is not a terrorist organization, and Israel was very disturbed by this. Well, we weren’t expecting anything else anyway,” the president said.<\/h5>\n
“The unlimited cruelty displayed today by those who have alarmed the world on account of the injustices they suffered until yesterday cannot be explained in any other way.”<\/h5>\n
“The real owners of the game being played in the region are those who support the Israeli government’s whims. Because Israel cannot take a step without them,\u201d he said.<\/h5>\n
Israel is also behind the PKK, YPG terror groups, and FETO terror group, said Erdogan, adding: “They provide them with money and weapons.”<\/h5>\n
Due to restrictions on aid to Gaza, all humanitarian needs, including electricity, food, health, and hygiene supplies, cannot be met, Erdogan said.<\/h5>\n
“What has been happening since last night (Friday) is nothing short of a state of madness. Despite this grim situation, the dignified, determined, and faithful stance of the people of Gaza will be recorded in history as a glorious epic of resistance.”\"\"<\/h5>\n
On the other side, Times of Israel reports that Israel on Saturday said it was pulling its diplomats out of Turkey to \u201creassess relations\u201d as President Recep Tayyip Erdogan continued to lash the Jewish state for its actions in the Gaza Strip.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n
\u201cIn light of the escalating rhetoric from Turkey, I have instructed the return of diplomatic representatives from Turkey in order to reassess Israel-Turkey relations,\u201d Foreign Minister Eli Cohen said in a statement.<\/h5>\n
Erdogan, whose government only recently restored full diplomatic ties with Israel, has massively stepped up his criticism of the country. Earlier this week, he asserted that the Hamas was not a terrorist organization but a liberation group of \u201cmujahideen\u201d fighting for its lands and people.<\/h5>\n
Energy Minister Israel Katz, who is set to take over as foreign minister next year, said Erdogan \u201cexposed his true face\u201d at the rally.<\/h5>\n
\u201cThe man of the Muslim Brotherhood supports Hamas-Daesh terror,\u201d Katz wrote on X. \u201cEven his kaffiyeh will not cover up the shame.\u201d<\/h5>\n
Israeli Ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan said: \u201cA snake will remain a snake.\u201d<\/h5>\n
\u201c[Erdogan] tried to improve his image, but remains an antisemite,\u201d Erdan was quoted as saying by Army Radio.<\/h5>\n
Participants at the rally waved Turkish and Palestinian flags, chanting \u201cGod is great.\u201d Yusuf Islam, the musician formerly known as Cat Stevens, took part in the rally.<\/h5>\n
At the rally, Erdogan called Western powers \u201cthe main culprit\u201d behind the Israeli army\u2019s \u201cmassacre\u201d of Palestinians in Gaza.<\/h5>\n
