The seminar was attended by more than 100 students and faculty members.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">In her address to the audience Ms. Viqar informed the audience about the ongoing 16 Days of Activism Campaign being run by the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection against Harassment (FOSPAH) which is aimed at eliminating gender-based violence against women and girls.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">Ms. Viqar stated that gender sensitive institutions like FOSPAH are essential to ensure that victims of harassment receive timely justice at no cost and stressed that the Government of Pakistan has a zero tolerance policy for harassment at the workplace.<\/h5>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"4cDRFyDtpP\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/pakistanintheworld.pk\/live\/womens-property-rights-act-in-pakistan-4-sisters-to-get-share-in-fathers-property-after-open-auction\/\">Women\u2019s Property Rights Act in Pakistan &#8211; 4 Sisters to Get Share in Father&#8217;s Property after Open Auction<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Women\u2019s Property Rights Act in Pakistan &#8211; 4 Sisters to Get Share in Father&#8217;s Property after Open Auction&#8221; &#8212; Pakistan In the World\" src=\"https:\/\/pakistanintheworld.pk\/live\/womens-property-rights-act-in-pakistan-4-sisters-to-get-share-in-fathers-property-after-open-auction\/embed\/#?secret=9a7atBQkNH#?secret=4cDRFyDtpP\" data-secret=\"4cDRFyDtpP\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\"><strong>In her presentation Ms. Meher Jamy, Law Officer at FOSPAH explained the provisions of the Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010 (2010 Act).
