\"\"Astana, December 21, 2023 – The two-day 12th meeting of the Kazakhstan-Pakistan Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical, and Cultural Cooperation (JIC) has concluded.<\/h5>\n
During which the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerzhan Kistafin, presented for the first time “The Book of Words” by Abai Kunanbai translated into 4 official languages of Pakistan’s provinces – Pashto, Punjabi, Sindhi, and Balochi- as well as a Kazakh-Urdu-English phrasebook.<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n
\"\"The translation of the work of the Great Kazakh thinker was initiative of the Embassy and carried out in collaboration with the National University of Modern Languages (NUML<\/span>), while the phrasebook was developed and published through cooperation between NUML and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Al-farabi-kaznu<\/span>).<\/h5>\n

In a ceremonial gesture, H.E. Mr. Y. Kistafin presented the published books to the heads and members of the Kazakh and Pakistani delegations.<\/h5>\n
