\"\"ISLAMABAD: Afghan Consul General in Peshawar, Hafiz Mohibullah Shakir, caused outrage on Tuesday during the Rehmat-ul-Alameen Conference in Peshawar by remaining seated during Pakistan\u2019s national anthem, flouting diplomatic protocols and showing what experts have called \u201cutter disregard\u201d for the host nation.<\/span><\/h5>\n
Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch on Tuesday condemned the Acting Consul General of Afghanistan for disrespecting the host country\u2019s national anthem, describing it as a violation of diplomatic norms.\"\"<\/h5>\n

In response to media queries about the Afghan envoy\u2019s disrespect towards the national anthem at a Peshawar event, Ms Baloch, stated that a strong protest is being conveyed to Afghan authorities in both Islamabad and Kabul.<\/h5>\n
According to media reports, Afghan CG was guest in an event in which CM KP Mr. Gandapur was the chief guest. CM, himself allowed CG not to stand in respect and said ” Your are guest. You do not need to rise.”<\/h5>\n
CM KP is already under criticism for his dialogue with Kabul Regime that is not in his domain. Foreign relations is federal subject.<\/h5>\n
