\"\"The Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Summit of Prime Ministers is the second highest forum to discuss matters of cooperation and security in the regions of member countries. Pakistan is all set for the summit on 15-16 Oct 2024 but the recent attacks on Chinese citizens have forced the Gov of Pakistan to take extra ordinary measures for the security in Islamabad.<\/h5>\n
Dasu attack was itself a serious matter for Pak China cooperation but the attack in Karachi is first of its type, highly intelligence based and can have unbearable repercussions for Pakistan. Chinese engineers killed in attack were representatives of the Chinese Power Generation Company (IPP), which had agreed to renegotiate the capacity payments agreement. Chinese Premier attending the SCO is said to reschedule $15 Billion loans of Pakistan.<\/h5>\n
The latest attack was in Karachi at the airport only a couple of weeks before the summit. Chinese engineers coming on a special flight from Urumqi to Karachi were hit and killed there. No one knew about the flight except some highly related and responsible officials on both sides.<\/h5>\n
