DPM\/FM briefed him on the evolving regional situation.<\/p>\n<p>FM Jeyhun Bayramov expressed strong solidarity and support for Pakistan in wake of India\u2019s illegal and unprovoked attacks that violated Pakistan\u2019s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Being in solidarity with the people of Pakistan, we express condolences to the families of the innocent victims and wish a speedy recovery to those who were injured.&#8221;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Azerbaijan called\u00a0 on all parties to exercise restraint and to resolve the conflict through diplomatic means.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>Turkiye and Pakistan<\/strong> are said to be two countries one nation and it was once again proved during tension and then escalation with Indian attacks. Turkiye openly backed Pakistan diplomatically and strategically.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif received a telephone call from <strong>President Recep Tayyip Erdogan<\/strong> of Turkiye on 08 May. President Erdogan expressed heartfelt condolences over the loss of precious lives of Pakistani citizens. He shared that India\u2019s cowardly attack on Pakistan\u2019s sovereignty and territorial integrity had gravely endangered peace and stability in the South Asia region, and was unacceptable.<\/p>\n<p>President Erdogan shared that the Turkish Foreign Minister had spoken to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar earlier today and the two had discussed the current situation in detail.<\/p>\n<p>He said that Turkiye supported de-escalation of the situation and was ready to play its role as a committed friend of Pakistan. He expressed concern over the deteriorating regional security situation. Both leaders agreed to remain in close coordination on the evolving situation.<\/p>\n<p>On 07 May 2025 , Ambassador of T\u00fcrkiye called on the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar to convey T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s strong solidarity with Pakistan in the wake of India\u2019s unprovoked violation of Pakistan\u2019s sovereignty and the tragic loss of innocent lives.<\/p>\n<p>The two sides discussed regional security concerns in depth and reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close coordination and cooperation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The three countries proved that their brotherly bonds are time tested and they stand together through thick and thin. This brotherhood can face any threat to their sovereignty and territorial integrity.
