No opposition in both democractc houses ? Getting rid of the leaders of the opposition to pave the way of any type of legislation in the parliament? What is the credibility of such a parliament that does not have opposition leaders ?

As the only Member of Pakistan Sunni Tehreek PST Hamid Raza has also been sentenced and thus he is also disqualified for MNA , the independent members of PTI are still MNAs or not? Because they joined PST as legal requirement that independent members have to join some party having presence in the assembly. PST , now has no presence in the assembly. Or independent members of PTI will be asked to join another party, may be Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM).

Previously, Imran did not allow his members to join MWM because it represents Shia community of Pakistan and according to Imran Khan joining this party could have negative impacts on PTI.

TOTAL CHAOS KNOCKING AT THE DOORS by Tazeen Akhtar

Now the biggest question is , What is the status of the National Assembly? It is the same as it was when on 10 April 2022, Imran was ousted by no trust movement and later he left the assembly along with all his MNAs? No opposition ! later PDM formed the gov with Shehbaz as Prime Minister and enjoyed the power without any opposition.

PTI , may again opt to boycott of National Assembly or collective resignitions. What will be the position of NA constitutionally in that case? Have the power brokers considered this side that can wrap up the whole system? Or they want the same deliberately? To bring Presidential form of government and one party rule in the country like China?

Fawad Chaudhary has been exonerated by the court. Fawad is notorious for changing his loyalties to different parties in the past.

This scribe noted his wive Heba Fawad embarked on an international tour where Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was also a guest. Heba traveled as business woman. She was facilitated by FPCCI President Atif Ikram as his advisor while she has neither any business nor she was the member of FPCCI. It can happen only when someone gets a clearance from two power houses; 1 -PM House 2- Rawalpindi.

Therefore it was clear that Fawad will also be cleared as his wife has been cleared for international conference being attended by the Prime Minister.

Here it is interesting as well as quationable that the sentences have been awarded by a court in Faisalabad while most of the convicted were never found in Faisalabad.

Here is the back ground published in Pakistani media on 31 July 2025 after PTI MNAs , Senator and other leaders and workers were awarded sentences.

PTI supporters, protesting the party founder Imran Khan’s arrest, staged violent protests throughout the country, vandalising military installations and state-owned buildings, while also attacking the Lahore corps commander’s residence.
