He further stated that recent significant interactions between the two countries has set pace for a high yielding relationship.<\/p>\n<p>He also highlighted that Pakistan has immense potential in the field of defence production and expressed concurrence for establishment of Joint Working Groups for Defence Production cooperation amongst entities of both the countries.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-57805\" src=\"https:\/\/pakistanintheworld.pk\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Indonesia-Defence-Minister-Pakistan.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pakistanintheworld.pk\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Indonesia-Defence-Minister-Pakistan.jpg 700w, https:\/\/pakistanintheworld.pk\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Indonesia-Defence-Minister-Pakistan-300x117.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pakistanintheworld.pk\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Indonesia-Defence-Minister-Pakistan-696x270.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/>Lt Gen (Retd) Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Minister of Defence Indonesia has shown keen interest in expediting the Joint Working Groups. He stressed that it will open doors for future collaboration and help in exploring and benefiting from each other\u2019s capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Federal Minister for Defence Production Raza Harraj stated that the bilateral relationship between the two countries is characterized by feelings of mutual trust, respect and goodwill towards each other.<\/p>\n<p>Minister for Defence Production also extended invitation to the Indonesian Authorities to actively participate in the Defence Exhibition IDEAS-2026 to explore defence collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Lt Gen (Retd) Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Minister of Defence Indonesia on behalf of the Indonesian delegation thanked Minister for Defence Production for extending warm hospitality.<\/p>\n<p>He said that Pakistan is a very important country with rich culture, working democracy and vibrant economy.
