Iran has so far not agreed on the next round of talks with the United States due to Donald Trump\u2019s announcement regarding a naval blockade of Iran, as well as the US\u2019 excessive demands in the negotiations, which have continued in the recent exchange of messages.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Iran has made it clear that the avoidance of excessive demands by the United States in negotiations is a fundamental condition for the talks to continue; otherwise, Iran is not seeking to waste time in drawn-out and unproductive negotiations.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf dismissed recent comments by US President Donald Trump regarding negotiations with Iran, stating that all seven of his claims are false.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Qalibaf posted a message on his X account about the precise details of the negotiations, stating that all seven claims made by Trump are false.<\/p>\n

Qalibaf, who headed\u00a0Iran\u2019s negotiating team in the recent Pakistani-mediated talks in Islamabad, wrote:<\/p>\n

\u201c1. The US president made seven claims in one hour, all seven of which are false.<\/p>\n

2. With these lies, they did not win in the war, and they certainly will not achieve results in negotiations either.<\/p>\n

3. With the continuation of the blockade, the Strait of Hormuz will not remain open.<\/p>\n

4. Passage through the Strait will take place based on a \u2018designated route\u2019 and with \u2018Iran\u2019s permission\u2019.<\/p>\n

5. Whether the Strait is open or closed, and its regulations, are determined in the field, not on social media.<\/p>\n

6. Media warfare and the engineering of public opinion are an important part of the war, and the Iranian nation will not be influenced by these tactics.\u201d<\/p>\n

Qalibaf also said, \u201cRead the real and accurate news of the negotiations in the recent interview of the (Iranian) Foreign Ministry spokesman.\u201d<\/p>\n
