And the public is astonished what good can be expected from such an abnormal state of affairs.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">Last week husband of a law maker of PTI tortured a judge at a gas station, situated at a highly sensitive location in between foreign office and diplomatic enclave. Few days ago a leader of PMLN was beaten badly by the brother of a lady MNA of the same party in Faisalabad. He writes ;<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">MY wife is a 67 years old woman, Grade 20 Retired Senior Citizen; living in House 359, Street 33, Sector F-11\/2, Islamabad for the last 25 years. Very recently, a woman MNA from PTI Ms. Kanwal Shauzab had purchased a house No.334D Street No.32, F-11\/2.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\"><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">There is a shared open land that faces our house and to the west side of her home. On CDA resources, an exclusive campaign for beautification of environment around her(MNA&#8217;s) home was ongoing, demolishing several old trees.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">As my wife is a green Pakistan lover, she used her civic duty to complain to CDA, the Mayor Islamabad and social media with a request that trees should not be cut. The Environment wing of CDA intervened and tried to stop cutting of trees but it continued intermittently.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">On 23rd September, 2020 around 1200 hrs., when my wife was outside in the lawn, Ms. Kanwal MNA jumped into, crossing fences in-between our houses and grabbed her(my wife) from throat, punched and beat, snatched mobile and threw it away, threatening of dire consequences. Her language was extremely abusive never ever heard in our 45 years of peaceful stay in Islamabad.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">A woman lawmaker, who took solemn oath to be the faithful protector of the LAW, acts in an absolute and utter violation of her OATH and law of the land by going savagely wild on an old law abiding woman Citizen, more than the age of her mother. The woman MNA shamefully bulldozing to ashes all civility, our religious, moral and social norms.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">I bring this issue with the reasons that does she, a fascist mindset, deserve this very honorable Status being conferred on behalf of the Peoples of Pakistan? However, Mr and Mrs Abdul Rehman have remained undeterred in their vitriol and deceitful propaganda \u2013 circulating an inaccurate post relating a fictitious account full of hypocrisy, misinformation and false political insinuations, on WhatsApp and other social media platforms, claiming to be the victims in all of this.<\/h5>\n<h5>Furthermore, after defaming, assaulting and harassing me, they have also publicly \u2013 completely illegally \u2013 <strong>disclosed our home address<\/strong> in the referenced social media post.<\/h5>\n<h5>This is a complete violation of our privacy and given my position as a recognized political representative, endangers us to dire security threats. F-11 is the last populated sector of Islamabad. Therefore the concerns of Kanwal Shauzab are considerable but as long as cutting of trees is related , it is illegal in the capital territory.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">If CDA approved this cutting and cleaning , it would be seen as for one house only and that is the house of Government Party MNA. Moreover , Kanwal can face more questions like how and where a house in a very high priced posh sector she has bought when she declared few days ago that she payed 165 pkr only as income tax in whole last financial year.<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">CDA and MCI are supposed to clear their position as if the beautification plan of this vicinity was approved or not ? There is no statement from either side so far. It is a common practice that Government people, officials and treasury benchers enjoy exceptions from the Law and use government departments for their own personal benefits. So , Kanwal Shauzab badly needs a clarification from CDA and MCI weather the departments took initiative on their own? it was legal? or not ?<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\">Kanwal in his response clearly says that she is angry on disclosing of the address of new house.
