Ambassador of Kazakhstan Introduces Pakistani Press to New Reforms Announced by the President

Islamabad, Sep 16, 2021 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin held a press briefing for representatives of the country’s major media on the Nation address of the President of Kazakhstan, announced on September 1, 2021.

At the beginning of the speech, he introduce the reforms being carried out in Kazakhstan aimed at further modernization of the political system of Kazakhstan, strengthening the dialogue between the state and society, and protecting human rights.

Y. Kistafin outlined the main theses of the annual Address of the Head of State, separately emphasizing the social orientation of the course of President K. Tokayev.

In the second part of the speech, he shared plans for the further of bilateral cooperation with Pakistan. The need to establish transport communications between the two countries, as well as the development of direct flights, was noted as the main steps.

Separate emphasis was turned on trade and economic cooperation with the need to resume the activities of the Business Council.
