DHM UAE Visits Islamic Calligraphy Exhibition Organized by Hunerkada

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Head of UAE Mission Mr. Rashid Adelrahman Rashid visited the Sir Syed Memorial Trust to see the calligraphy and old Quranic manuscripts exhibition organized by Hunerkada College of Visual and Performing Arts. The exhibition featured beautiful calligraphy work by various Pakistani artists, showcasing their talent and expertise in this traditional art form.
The DHM was warmly received by Jamal Shah, Chairman of Hunerkada College, Amna Shah, Director of Hunerkada College, and Meera’n Malik, President CDC. They introduced the guest to the exhibition and the history and significance of calligraphy in Pakistan.
During his visit, the DHM was fascinated by the intricate and beautiful calligraphy work on display. He was particularly impressed by the unique styles and techniques used by the various artists to create stunning pieces of art.
In addition to viewing the exhibition, the guest also had the opportunity to meet Kabeer Hussain Shah, a seasoned teacher of calligraphy at Hunerkada College. Mr. Shah shared his knowledge and expertise on calligraphy, discussing the techniques and traditions that have been passed down through generations in Pakistan.
The visit was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the rich cultural heritage of Pakistan and strengthen the cultural ties between Pakistan and UAE.
