ISLAMABAD: 14 Nov 2023 – The Ministry reaffirms that the occupation army’s storming of the Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza is a blatant and heinous violation of international law, and warns of the consequences of the occupation army creating misleading fabrications about the reality of the hospital to distort the humanitarian service it provides, especially since the occupation army had stormed Al-Rantisi Hospital and tried to plant evidence to They prove that the hospital was being used for military purposes with the aim of negating the protection guaranteed by international law.
And here are the occupation soldiers, and about 20 hours ago they entered the hospital and were moving alone inside it without anyone accompanying them and without anyone knowing what they did or were doing and what equipment or weapons they brought with them to claim that they had found them, and all the hospital facilities are completely closed.
No one can move between these facilities, and there are snipers and weapons that shoot at anyone who moves except for the Israeli soldiers. Even the medical teams and the hospital administration do not know where the invading soldiers are and what they have been doing all this time.

Currently, the occupation soldiers are detaining civilians in the Al-Shifa Complex and using them as human shields. We have not heard from those parties that rushed to confirm the Israeli allegations regarding Al-Shifa Hospital any confirmation that the hospital is free of any hostage detention or use for military purposes. Unfortunately, these parties do not have the courage or audacity to admit their mistakes, and they still insist on either ignoring the facts or repeating lies, as they have done repeatedly on previous occasions that our memories still preserve.
The Ministry believes that while statements rejecting the storming of hospitals, specifically Al-Shifa, began to be issued by some countries, Netanyahu responded to everyone, including those countries that have not yet issued their statements, that countries asked him not to storm Al-Shifa, and now he is storming it.
In other words, he says: Say what you want and I will do what I want. This is evidence that this level of international reaction is not effective or sufficient to deter Netanyahu or prevent him from storming not only Shifa, but any other hospital.
The Ministry calls for raising the level of reactions, including thinking about imposing international or individual sanctions, or thinking about going to the International Criminal Court and submitting referrals against Netanyahu and the rest of the Israeli officials, or agreeing on a draft resolution in the Security Council that imposes a ceasefire and binds everyone to it.
The Ministry stresses that what is important is to break free from the self-control that countries have surrounded themselves with and to think about taking deterrent measures that stop Netanyahu at the limits of his commitment to international humanitarian law and the law of war.
