Islamabad; Ambassador Ismatullo Nasredin has said that Tajikistan attaches very high importance to relations with Pakistan and there is huge potential to transform very cordial political cooperation into economic and trade ties.
Ambassador said this in a working meeting with Mr. Tazeen Akhtar,Editor Pakistan in the World the International Diplomatic Magazine from Islamabad, who called on him on 07 May 2019 at Diplomatic Enclave.
Tazeen Akhtar apprised the Ambassador about press and media of Pakistan including Council of Pakistan Newspapers Editors (CPNE) and All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS).
Tazeen Akhtar introduced his magazine that is covering diplomatic events and bilateral matters since long.
Ambassador expressed keen interest in Pakistani Press and Media and said that it is the most active media he has ever seen.
Matters of mutual cooperation were also came under discussion. Mr. Ismatullo Nasredin said that he has recently presented credentials to President Dr Arif Alvi. He appreciated the vision of the President regarding enhancement of bilateral relations as they are at political level.
