Pakistan’s Largest Business Community Org Acknowledges Services of Adel El-arbi in Enhancing Bilateral Relations

Islamabad, July 10: A warm send-off was given to Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia & Dean of African Group H.E. Adel Elarbi by the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry in a farewell Dinner hosted at Islamabad. The ceremony was arranged by President FPCCI Engr. Daroo Khan Achkazai which was attended by the Ambassadors of different countries, office bearers of FPCCI, Chamber of Commerce and Industries, government officials and business leaders.

Addressing on the occasion, Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia & Dean of African Group H.E. Adel Elarbi acknowledge the great hospitality and support given by the government of Pakistan, business community and the citizens of Pakistan during his official stay. He said Pakistan is a beautiful and peaceful country which has abundance opportunities of trade, commerce and tourism and he has tried his best to improve bilateral relations among Pakistan and Republic of Tunisia. He assured that he will continue his cooperation for strengthening economic integration among two countries.

President FPCCI Engr. Daroo Khan Achkakzai addressing the ceremony said that Pakistan and Republic of Tunisia are friendly countries which had excellent relations and understating for trade promotion and a number of other international issues. He acknowledged the role of Ambassador of Tunisia during his presence in Pakistan and said that His Excellency Adel Elarbi had always extended helping hand to business community for their all endeavors for expansion of trade volume among both countries. He expressed for prosperity of outgoing Ambassador and good wishes for the people of Republic of Tunisia.

Vice President FPCCI Federal Office Islamabad, Sheikh Abdul Waheed in the closing remarks expressed his gratitude to all dignitaries who had participated in the ceremony and said that FPCCI has set new traditions to promote business partnerships among traders and manufactures of Pakistan and other countries. He also appreciated the role of outgoing Ambassador of Tunisia and said that his services would be remembered and relations among Pakistan and Tunisia would be further flourished with the passage of time.

Talking on the occasion Atadjan Movlamov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Embassy of Turkmenistan mentioned the active participation of FPCCI, team members and said that with the initiatives of President FPCCI Engr. Daroo Khan Achkazai and other representatives and coordination among Business Community of Pakistan and other countries were being progressing speedily. He assured his full cooperation for promotion of economic relations.

Vice President FPCCI Muhammad Ijaz Abbasi and Vice President FPCCI Mr. Qurban Ali also spoke on the occasion and lauded the contributions of H.E. Elarbi and said that he had been remain an active member of diplomatic circle and played pivotal role for maintaining friendly ties between Pakistan and Tunisia.
