Palestine Calls upon International Community and USA to Act Against Israeli Incursion in Jenin Killing 9

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine condemns in the strongest terms the bloody and barbaric incursion committed by the Occupation forces since this morning against our people in Jenin and its Camp, which has so far left at least 9 Martyrs and a number of injuries among the Palestinian citizens, disregarding all human values ​​and Principles as they besieged the Camp and closed it all its enterences and live bullets with the aim of Extrajudicial and Cold-blooded killing, preventing Medical Staff and Ambulances from reaching the wounded, leaving them bleeding while they are on the ground to death, and attacking Jenin Hospital and patients with gas bombs, in a chilling image that the Media trusted in the sight and hearing of the International Community.

It expresses the arrogance of the Occupation and its insistence on escalating the situation in the arena of conflict, which threatens to blow it up completely. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Palestine wonders: If the International Community and the American Administration do not move now, in light of these brutal scenes and crimes committed by the Occupying Forces, then when can it move to triumph over its Principles and Positions and preserve what remains of its Credibility?

Israel’s criminal assault against Jenin is the latest in this extremist government’s heinous onslaught against the Palestinian people, which resulted in the willful killing of eleven Palestinians.

This Israeli assault against the Jenin refugee camp is an extension of Israel’s deliberate pattern of conduct that publicly commits to carry out international crimes to advance its annexationists policies and practices.

The State of Palestine will pursue justice and accountability for Palestinian victims through all available legal and political means, including stopping the so-called security coordination with Israel;

United Nations Security Council must assume its responsibilities towards the Palestinian people without further delay.

The Secretary-General of the United Nations must also immediately pursue his responsibility and obligation and issue a decision for international presence and protection, as per United Nations resolutions.
