As this scribe mentioned that no one should hurry up in the case of Armenia that is in partnership with India and both are not trustworthy states, the developments are now proving the stance as India has again blocked Azerbaijan’s bid for full membership of  Shanghai Cooperation Organization. This happened after 24 hours passed when Pakistan signed agreement with Armenia for establishment of relations.

It means Armenia recieved good wibes from the friend of Azerbaijan but Azerbaijan could not see better from the friend of Armenia.

Meanwhile, China reaffirmed its support for Azerbaijan’s membership during the SCO summit in China, highlighting that the country’s application aligns with the principles of the “Shanghai Spirit”, The Caspian Post reports via local media.

According to officials familiar with the situation, India’s decision contradicts the principles of multilateral diplomacy and the “Shanghai Spirit”, which prohibit transferring bilateral disputes to multilateral platforms. These sources noted that India’s stance is closely linked to Azerbaijan’s brotherly ties with Pakistan.

One insider noted that such opposition “does not alter Azerbaijan’s strategic course but merely highlights the shortsightedness and limitations of India’s policy.”

Only 24 hours before the Indian move on Azerbaijan, In the same Tianjin of China, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pakistan, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar formally exchanged a Joint Communiqué, with the Foreign Minister of Armenia, Mr. Ararat Mirzoyan, thereby establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Foreign Office of Pakistan stated that it is marking of a historic step forward, both the leaders affirmed their commitment to the principles and objectives of United Nations Charter and discussed possible avenues of cooperation including economy, education, culture, and tourism.

The two leaders reaffirmed their desire to work closely with each other at bilateral and multilateral fora, to achieve their shared objectives of peace, progress, and prosperity for the peoples of their two countries.

Earlier on 29 Aug 2025,Ishaq Dar, held a telephonic conversation  with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Mr. Ararat Mirzoyan. The DPM/FM welcomed the historic peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, terming it a positive step for regional stability and prosperity.

The two leaders agreed to consider the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Armenia. They also discussed potential avenues of cooperation, bilaterally and at multilateral fora.

This is how, that Pakistan did not care the strategic partnership between Armenia and India while establishing the relations with Armenia but India demonstrated its disliking on Pakistan Azerbaijan relations and acted against this alliance.

This scribe came to know that in the background of first contact between Pakistan Armenia on telephone was only after Azerbaijan was on the board. Pakistan has established relations with Armenia with no objection , rather approval of Azerbaijan.
