Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has shared the latest situation in the country after almost 55 hours of Russian invasion the damages Ukrainian defense has caused to the aggressor. Interestingly Present and former Ukrainian Presidents are on the roads of kyiv with weapons to encourage their troops and citizens whose moral is higher than the flights of Russian war planes and stronger than the Russian tanks.

The estimated losses of the enemy are:
aircraft – 14 units,
helicopters – 8 units,
tanks – 102 units,
armoured fighting vehicle (AFV) – 536 units,
artillery – 15 units,
BUK missile system-1 unit.
Ministry of defense has recorded Russia’s war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine.

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, has stated that the Russian Armed Forces are starting to actively use saboteurs and paratroopers in a change of tactics dictated by their unsuccessful initial push to strike quickly with long columns of military vehicles and equipment.

Quote: “More than 55 hours of resistance. Our defenders have completely ruined the enemy’s plan. As of this morning, we are aware of more than 3,000 Russian occupiers killed in action. More than 200 of them have been taken prisoners, and their number continues to increase. They did not expect us to fight back and are surrendering.”
“We’ve destroyed hundreds of armored vehicles, including more than 100 Russian tanks. We downed seven helicopters yesterday with the help of a ground-to-air missile system Stinger.”
“The enemy is trying to change its tactics. Russian troops are firing on residential housing, hospitals, and schools.”
“The Russian Armed Forces have started to actively use saboteur and paratroop units since their plan for a quick offensive fell flat. Our army and territorial defense units are effectively countering these groups but need support to continue to stay ahead [of the enemy].”

Horrific Russian rocket strikes on Kyiv. Last time our capital experienced anything like this was in 1941 when it was attacked by Nazi Germany. Ukraine defeated that evil and will defeat this one. Stop Putin. Isolate Russia. Severe all ties. Kick Russia out of everywhere.
In Kuleba’s words: “Unfortunately, we also have casualties among civilians in Polissya, Maryanivka, and Gavrylivka. In Maryanivka, in the Vyshhorod district, the enemy cynically launched an air strike on civilians.
So far we have confirmed information about the deaths of 4 people and more than who have been 15 wounded [in the air strike].”
Details: The directions of Bucha – Gostomel’ – Irpin’ remain difficult in the Kyiv region. Russian occupation forces have been trying to break through for the last 4 hours. In Bucha, our troops have stopped the advance of a column of military equipment; the enemy left the equipment and retreated.
At the entrance to Vyshgorod, Ukraine’s National Guard forces, National Police, and Territorial Defense units are deterring the Russian offensive.
Boryspil’ direction is calm, no military action is taking place there.
Kuleba noted that the final number of civilian casualties in the region is still being confirmed. He added that in general, the situation in the Kyiv region is completely under control today.
Earlier, prosecutor general Irina Venediktova said that the Russian army has probably shelled an orphanage in Vorzel’, Kyiv region; 50 children were in the orphanage at the time of shelling.

According to the media, the enemy is deploying “Grad” rocket launchers in Chernihiv; windows shatter in the regional hospital. Meanwhile, in the Chernihiv region, Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a major column of the enemy’s forces.

Details: Oleksandr Gashpar, an eyewitness, told Suspil’ne that windows shattered in the regional hospital in the surgeries building, the old boiler room and in the hospital’s canteen. Only windows with wooden frames blew out; those with metal-plastic ones were not affected.
The head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, called on those in Chernihiv who are not taking part in the city’s defense to hide in shelters or, if impossible, stay in their homes.
The Russian army is likely to conduct another airstrike, deploying “Grad” missile launchers to shell Chernihiv, including the city’s residential areas, Chaus said.
There is also information that Russians can drop mines and explosive devices from planes, including explosives disguised as children’s toys, mobile phones, and other valuables.
Meanwhile, “Pivnich” [North] operational command reports that in the afternoon Ukrainian Armed Forces fired a missile at the enemy’s military column near Hrodna in Chernihiv region.
“As a result of our airstrike, the Russian army suffered losses. About 20 units of equipment were destroyed, large numbers of soldiers were killed, and many more were wounded,” the statement said.
