A seasoned diplomat categorically rejected the “idea” of US Conspiracy against Imran Gov in direct front of Imran himself. When the diplomat was trying to convince Imran that it was not US Conspiracy , the former Prime Minister could do nothing than look here and there and keep smiling.
Shamshad Ahmad Khan, former Secretary Ministry of Foreign Affairs was speaker at “Regime Change Seminar” held by PTI few days ago.
He said ” Big powers do not hatch conspiracies like this. We have our own problems that lead us to a stage where we say that it is international conspiracy.”
“David Lu’s discussion with Asad Majeed about No Confidence and its results is not US conspiracy,” said Shamshad.
Here it is worth mentioning that renown columnist Ayaz Amir also shared the same and that to on the face of Imran Khan that the Regime Change has not been done by opposition or any other. He blamed Rawalpindi only hinting towards Military.
Shamshad said ” USA had been intervening into Pakistan but it was her prerogative. Pakistan was weak after partition and needed support from USA. We surrendered ourselves to USA. Our civil military bureaucracy was with USA.”
“Pakistan was looking towards USA – President Trueman was focused on Nehru – India was going towards Soviet Union. Prime Minister Liaqat Ali Khan while going to London en-route in Tehran met Soviet Ambassador who was Azerbaijani Muslim – Pakistani Ambassador Raja Ghazanfar Ali Khan asked him for invitation to our PM for visit to Russia. The invitation was recieved in one week. Taking notice of this, President Trueman also invited Liaqat and our PM went to USA two weeks before he had to visit Russia,” Shared Shamshad from the history to better understand the conspiracy narrative of PTI.
Shamshad said that “On USA visit, President Trueman asked Pakistani troops to send in Korea but Liaqat Ali Khan refused.”
He said “Diplomats are most often tell lies about their countries in foreign world. I lied during my service. But now we should speak the truth. Truth is we have our own internal problems. Parliamentary system failed in UK and USA. We need a government system according to our own nature. We are Caliphate nation. We need to strengthen Masjid as an institution.”
