Senator Dinesh Kumar at Senate Balochistan is more than half of Pakistan if we include sea as well but its development budget is only 250 billion rupees that is less than the budget of Lahore city only.
He lamented that 60 billion rupees cut in this minimum development budget of Balochistan has been cut by the federation. He said go to Kech and Sibbi where it is too hot and people are living with 18 hours loadshedding of electricity.
Hindu Senator gives references from Quran and Sahih Muslim against Mark Up Sood. He said the Pakistani Budget is spent on payment of mark up of loans everywhere. He challenged a Senator who disturbed his speech on references from the Quran. He mentioned the verse according to which mark up (Sood) is war with Allah and the Messenger of Allah.
He said to the Senator that if you become a Muslim according to teachings of Islam, I will accept Islam and become Muslim. Senator Dinesh Kumar paid tributes to Field Marshal Asim Munir for his role in uplifting Pakistan.
He said, there is some divine support for General Asim Munir. He called the attention of the Chairman Yousuf Raza Gilani that government officers do not attend Senate sessions that means they do not take the Senate seriously.
He said all Pakistan including PTI have the credit for saving the world from third world war and the only person who played a central role in this regard is General Asim Munir. He said, PTI senators criticise in the public while admire General Asim Munir in private talks.
The Senator said , we have to tell the truth. He mentioned that we are sitting in an air conditioned hall and our costly vehicles are parked outside but we say that we are representatives of the poor. What a joke.
He suggested the smuggling of petrol from Iran should be legalized in the shape of barter trade because the people of Balochistan have no other means for living.
He said Balochistan is getting 3 % only from the whole water for irrigation in Pakistan. This water is used in Nasirabad Division only and there is no crime in this division.
Senator Dinesh Kumar said , ” Muslims are not acting upon the teachings of Islam, how can I become a Muslim.
