The innocent civilians of Gaza have experienced a year of continuous genocide, ethnic cleansing, war crimes and crimes against humanity by the Israeli occupation forces. More than 42,000 martyrs, more than 100,000 wounded and 10000 missing, mostly women and children.Destruction of about 80% of buildings, houses and infrastructure in the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip since October 9, 2023 have been suffering from the collective punishments imposed on them by the Israeli occupation, where they live without clean water, gas, electricity, without adequate supplies of food, medicine, and tens of thousands of our people are starving, and hundreds of our people have died as a result of hunger and thirst.
There are about 2 million Palestinians who have lost their homes and live on 10% of the Gaza Strip area, about 30 km from the original 365 km. And most of them live in tents where they are not protected from the heat of summer or the cold of winter.

The Palestinian leadership’s stance is consistent in not targeting civilians irrespective of their religion, ethnicity or color, but unfortunately the Israeli side has been and still is targeting innocent Palestinian civilians especially children and women.
Israelis falsely claimed that Israeli infants were killed, women were raped, and the American administration and the Western media adopted their narrative, which they adopted as a tool to exterminate Palestinian civilians, and the American President later apologized too late for adopting an unconfirmed information and narrative that is not backed by evidence and facts.
But ignoring the killing of thousands of Palestinian children and still supplying Israelis with more arms and bombs to continue this Israeli crime which has stretched from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank and recently the brotherly Lebanese people.
The continuation of Israeli crimes for a full year is evidence of the failure of international organizations and the international community to protect our people, uphold international law, international legal decisions and human rights principles.

The history of the Palestine case did not start on October 7, 2023 as Palestine and the Palestinian people suffer from Israeli crimes and still since 1948 but since the Balfour promise in 1917.
As the High Secretary-General of the United Nations said, what happened on October 7 was the result of many years of suffering of the Palestinian people from the occupation and its practices, and Israelis have accused him of anti-semitism based on his statements and attitudes committed to international law and international law, and days before they declared that he is an unwanted person (and the question he raises HIMSELF WHO IS PUNISHING WHO?!!!!!! ) .
Their arrogance continued to initiate a law banning UNRWA from carrying out its duties in Palestine to overthrow the right of return to Palestinian refugees under United Nations Resolution 194. And this Israeli position is an embodiment of the deal of the century that US President Trump made in 2017.

What is required from the international community is:
End the crime of genocide and ethnic cleansing in Palestine immediately. Providing international protection for our Palestinian people.
Ending the Israeli occupation of the occupied Palestinian territories according to the decision of the International Court of Justice and the decision of the United Nations General Assembly in its last meeting weeks before the establishment of the independent state of Palestine and its capital Jerusalem.
Accepting Palestine’s full membership in the UN, working on freezing Israel’s membership in the UN is a position adopted by the Government of Pakistan and the United Arab States.
We welcome the demand of H.E. French President Macron to stop supplying Israelis with weapons and bombs. And we hope the USA government and other countries will comply with it.
We demand the application of Chapter VII of the United Nations Treaty against Israeli Crimes and the implementation of the international legal decisions concerning Palestine. Implementation of Fatwa and recommendations of the decisions of the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.
The State of Palestine demands the protection of international organizations, headed by UNROWA, and enable them to carry out their duties.
Full Membership of Palestine and Israel in the United Nations in light of Resolution 273 and the USA veto
The Government of the State of Palestine also demands the international community to enable it to relax its sovereignty over the entire occupied Palestinian territories, to begin the reconstruction projects of the Gaza Strip, to stop the Israeli piracy on Palestinian customs funds, to rob our natural resources and to destroy the historical and human heritage, among them the third oldest church in the world and one of the oldest mosques that prayed Bah khalifa Omar bin Al-Khattab is on his way to receive the keys of Jerusalem.
Israelis are still seeking to evacuate and displace the people of Gaza, so they continue to destroy all the settlements of life there and starve our tightened people, and if they succeed they will repeat the same scenario in the West Bank.
Our people still seek the stability and endurance of their homeland inherited 12000 years ago and refuse to be a refugee for the second time in his life. The international community and humanity, as a whole, demand to save, protect and empower our people with their rights to freedom and independence and the establishment of an independent state of Palestine and its capital Jerusalem and the return of Palestinian refugees to their lands, villages and cities in accordance with Resolution 194.
