Sana’a; 21 Jan 2020 – Foreign Minister of Yemen Mohammed Al-Hadrami has condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist Houthi Millitia’s attack on a Masjid of a Military Camp in Marib Governorate, resulting in more than 100 dead and dozens of wounded. Foreign Minister said that Houthis’ attacks on the places of worship represent a cowardly terrorist act that violate all religious and human norms and values, and expose the ugly face of their militias, and delivers clear messages to the international community that Houthis have no real intentions to engage in the peace process or to end the bloodshed of Yemenis.
Yemeni Government calls on the International community to condemn this irresponsible and terrorist attack on the innocent Yemeni people.
On this regard, while the government of Yemen has pursued all UN-led peace efforts and followed all tracks for a cessation of hostilities, the Houthis have done the opposite to obfuscate or obliterate achieving any resolution to this conflict.
