Islamabad : Shawaz Hussain, CEO of Stargaze AI, met with Shaza Fatima Khawaja, Minister of IT, to explore impactful collaborations in Artificial Intelligence. Secretary Zarrar Khan was also present.Together, they discussed launching AI-driven projects for disability empowerment, enhancing accessibility solutions, and supporting the implementation of Disability Act features to improve the lives of differently-abled individuals across Pakistan and Globally
This collaboration marks a shared vision: technology with purpose, innovation with inclusion, and AI for everyone.
Shawaz discussed with minister , manufacturing of A.I Devices for Vip (Visually Impaired Persons), HIP (Hearing Impaired Persons), PIP(Physically Impaired Persons), MIP ( Mentally Impaired Persons).

He briefed the minister about his proposals on Digital Census for First disable persons around 27 Million — 33 Million and after that Country Census of population around 270 Million — 330 Million
App designed for requirement of disable persons for ;
1- Registration for data collection through NIC,
2- Provision of Disability Certificate Online,
3- Provision of Tax exemption Certificate to disable including Income/ Property/ Sales Tax
4- Provision of Legal Assistance
5- Advertisement of jobs as per disable quota
6- Provision of form for import of car for disable

He suggested provision of Smart Cards for diasble to fcilitate in Education / Health/ Travel / Employment and other benefits mentioned in Disability Act 2020.
The matters of Study Quota for disable students/ Job qouta for disable in Virtual University, Availability of Biometric devices in special Khidmat Markaz Desks for Data Collection of Disable Person, Disable techopeneur / Entrepreneur linked with Prime Minister Startup Program/ National Incubator Cell were also discussed by the sides.
Minister took keen interest and noted the suggestions given by Shawaz and assured her full cooperation in this regard. The sides agreed to keep in touch and continue working on the proposals.
