Islamabad : The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Yemen , Ms Afrah Al-Zouba held a meeting in Istanbul with Mr. Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.
She handed him a written message from H.E. President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, to H.E. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The sides discussed historic ties and ways to strengthen them, the affairs of the Yemeni community in Türkiye, developments in Yemen and the region, and the security of international navigation.
FM Yemen stressed that ending the terrorist Houthi militia’s coup and restoring state institutions are fundamental to security in Yemen and the region.
She said, Yemen values Türkiye’s steadfast support for Yemen and its unity, sovereignty, security and stability.
