Islamabad : On 29 November 2025, H.E. Ambassador presided over the opening of the “Maulid Nabi” 2025 event at the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad, one of the activities organized by the Thai Student Association in Islamabad with the support of the Embassy.During the opening, the Ambassador highlighted the values of the teachings of Prophet Muhammad, particularly the importance of seeking knowledge, and shared three key messages with the participating students:
• Knowledge is a responsibility toward family and society
• Perseverance is part of faith and a path to success
• Preserve your roots and identity to serve as a bridge for cross-cultural understanding
The Ambassador concluded by expressing hope that the teachings of the Prophet will guide students toward the future with firm faith and academic commitment.
On the same occasion, the Ambassador also presented a financial contribution to support the activities of the Thai Student Association in Islamabad for the benefit of its members. Additionally, the Office of the Thai Defence Attaché in Islamabad contributed funds to further support the Association’s activities as well.
Ambassador led a group of Thai students from International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) in a ceremony to pay tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, in remembrance of Her Majesty’s boundless benevolence, at the Royal Thai Embassy. Officials and staff members of the Embassy also participated in the ceremony.
