Ambassador Tapas Adhikari of Nepal Presents Credentials to President of Turkiye , Conveys Best Wishes of his Gov

ANKARA: Turkiye – Ambassador of Nepal, H.E Tapas Adhikari presented the Letters of Credence to His Excellency Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye, as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nepal to the Republic of Türkiye, amidst a special ceremony held at the President Palace in Ankara.
Ambassador conveyed the warm greetings and best wishes of Honorable President Mr. Ram Chandra Poudel, and the Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ as well as from the people of Nepal for the personal health and happiness of the President of the Republic of Türkiye and for the continued progress and prosperity of friendly people of Türkiye.
The President  of Türkiye welcomed and congratulated the Ambassador of Nepal. President Erdogan  conveyed his greetings and best wishes to his Nepalese counterpart, the Prime Minister and people of Nepal for their continued progress and prosperity.
Ambassador Adhikari  shared the statues of bilateral relationship between Nepal and Türkiye that are based on mutual trust and cooperation, and have always been friendly.
He further shared that Nepal and Türkiye were working together in the United Nations and other important international forums on various issues of common interests. He also assured that he will make sincere efforts to further enhance bilateral relations between the two countries.
Senior government officials of the President office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye were also present during the ceremony.Upon the arrival at the Palace, national anthems of Nepal and Turkey were played, and a guard of honour was presented.
The Embassy of Nepal in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Islamabad is concurrently accredited to the Republic of Türkiye.
