Today, April 9, is the birthday of the great statesman Amir Temur.
This year marks the 686th anniversary of the birth of our great ancestor Amir Temur, who built a great empire, made an invaluable contribution to the prosperity of the country, the development of science, and laid the foundation of the 2nd Renaissance.
He established a large centralized state in Movarounnahr and Khorasan. He won battles with Iran, Iraq, the Caucasus, India, the Golden Horde, and Turkey, and extended his empire to the Chinese wall in the east, the Mediterranean Sea in the west, and the Indian border in the south.
During the reign of Timur, the end of petty feudal rule, the Golden Horde, which dominated important international caravan routes, established a centralized state that could overcome the competition of
Iran and other countries and ensure political and economic power of Movarounnahr.
Amir Temur first of all paid great attention to strengthening the state
system in the country, discipline in governance, strengthening the rule
of law, creating opportunities for the expansion of trade, crafts, tax regulation, and increasing the strength of the army to protect the country.
