Anti Narcotics Force Pakistan seized 644.334 Kg Drugs, conducting 54 counter narcotics operations throughout the country

Islamabad: Anti Narcotics Force Pakistan seized 644.334 Kg Drugs, 190 Liter HCL & 600 Kg Suspected Powder worth US$ 15.936 Million internationally. Arrested 53 persons including a woman and impounded 23 vehicles while conducting 54 counter narcotics operations throughout the country. The seized drugs comprised 90.8 Kg Opium, 45.323 Kg Heroin, 497.723 Kg Hashish, 10.145 Kg Methamphetamine (Ice), 26 Grams Weed and 317 Grams Ecstasy Tabs (370x Tablets).

ANF Punjab recovered 223.175 Kg Drugs in 15 operations while arrested 23 persons including a woman involved in drugs smuggling and impounded 8 vehicles. The seized drugs comprised 58.400 Kg Opium, 9.650 Kg Heroin, 154.140 Kg Hashish and 985 Gram Methamphetamine (Ice).

ANF North recovered 179.402 Kg drugs in 14 operations while arrested 19 persons involved in drugs smuggling and impounded 6 vehicles. The seized drugs comprised 26.400 Kg opium, 30.070 Kg Heroin, 116.19 Kg Hashish, 6.66 Kg Methamphetamine (Ice), 20 Grams Weed and 62 Gram Ecstasy Tabs (100x Tablets).

ANF KPK recovered 112.793 Kg Drugs in 13 operations while arrested 6 persons in drug smuggling and impounded 5 vehicles. The seized drugs comprised 6 Kg Opium, 603 Grams Heroin, 105.577 Kg Hashish, 500 Gram Methamphetamine (Ice) and 113 Grams Ecstasy Tabs (20x Tabs).

ANF Sindh recovered 106.964 Kg drugs in 8 operations while arrested an accused person in drug smuggling and impounded a vehicle. The seized drugs comprised 106.816 Kg Hashish, 6 Grams Weed and 142 Gram Ecstasy Tabs (250x Tablets).

ANF Balochistan recovered 22 Kg Drugs, 190 Liter HCL and 600 Kg Suspected Powder in 4 operations while arrested 4 accused persons and impounded 3 vehicles. The seized drugs comprised 5 Kg Heroin, 15 Kg Hashish and 2 Kg Methamphetamine (Ice).

All cases have been registered at respective ANF Police Stations under CNS Act 1997 (Amended 2022) and further investigations are under process
