Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan issued a notification in this regard on July 09. 2019 in which FM Mr Elmar Mammadyarov has noted that General Zubair Mahmood Hayat contributed special services in the development and strengthening relations with the Republic of Azerbaijan.
