For the first time in the history of diplomatic enclave Islamabad,”CasCad” with modern service center has been launched by Interior Ministry. Diplomatic community and foreign citizens will get more than 12 services under one roof.
CasCad” Service Center will provide facilities of issuance and renewal of driving license, character certificate, general police verification, missing report, tenant registration facility will be available at the service center.
Services like registration of foreigners, registration of domestic workers, registration of volunteers, verification of vehicles and obtaining copy of FIR will be provided.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi inaugurated the center. He said ,”According to the vision of the Prime Minister, all possible measures are being taken for the convenience and safety of ambassadors and foreigners.”
Ambassadors of Bosnia , Morocco, Indonesia, Palestine and other countries were present at this occasion. They appreciated the measures taken by the gov of Pakistan for providing facilities to diplomatic community.
Diplomats and foreign nationals participating in the event thanked Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi for setting up the Case Cad Service Center in the diplomatic enclave.
“The center reflects our commitment to providing security and service to the diplomatic community and all visitors.Diplomats and foreign nationals will get all the facilities under one roof at the service center, Minister said.
Mohsin Naqvi said the establishment of the service center will further strengthen the ties and mutual cooperation between law enforcement agencies and diplomats.
More than 1500 police and FC personnel and 20 police vehicles are engaged in the security of the diplomatic enclave.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi along with the diplomats also visited the Case Cad Service Center. He inspected various counters of Police Service Center and reviewed the facilities.
IG Islamabad Police gave a briefing about all the facilities provided to foreign nationals.
Federal Secretary Interior, IG Islamabad Police, DC Islamabad and senior officers of Islamabad Police were also present on the occasion.
