Islamabad : 09 March 2025 – Federal Investigation Agency FIA Immigration conducts major operation at Islamabad Airport exposing an organized gang that smuggle Pakistani girls to China. 3 accused of gang that smuggled Pakistani girls to China on the pretext of marriage arrested.
The arrested accused were identified as Shugai (Yousuf), Abdul Rehman and Muhammad Noman. A victim girl who was trafficked in the name of marriage was also taken into custody along with the arrested accused.
The accused tried to smuggle the victim to China by promising her a job. The accused were going to China via flight number CZ6034.
According to the initial investigation, the said agents were found involved in getting Pakistani girls married to Chinese nationals in order to get them jobs. The organized gang also includes several women.
The said accused used to find poor and needy girls and persuade them to marry Chinese nationals. Later, the accused used to share the data and documents of these girls to agents named Abdul Rahman and Muhammad Noman.
Accused Abdul Rahman and Muhammad Noman conspired with Chinese agent Powell. Agent Powell used to arrange Chinese clients for the girls in exchange for huge sums of money.
Accused Abdul Rahman and Noman also provided travel documents and other facilitation services for Pakistani girls. The accused settled the matter with the victim’s mother for Rs 1 million.
The accused paid Rs .15 million to the victim’s mother. The accused also made the girl give a stamp paper of borrowing Rs 1 million. It was for safety measure from accused side. So that the girl may not complaint or go against the accused.
The accused has been arrested and transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit, Islamabad, for further investigation and legal action.
