Secretary Gulberg Green Shujaat Qureshy launched the new Executive Blocks at E-F sectors of Gulberg Residentia and pledged that the planned development will be started before 15 Jan 2021. Gulberg has acquired 6 thousand canal land so far for the new project while 2 thousand canals land agreements are in process. This site will be connected with main Gulberg Green via 220 feet road that will shorten the approach equal to as it takes to K or B block from the main.
The new blocks have been launched in partnership with RJ Greens and New York Real Estate and Builders few meters from Pakharwal village. The site is surrounded by the mountains that will present a view just like the margallah hills when the project is completed. It was stated by Mr Qureshy.
The representatives of both partner companies and renown real estate tycoon Ms Amna Malik was also present at the launch.Aamna Malik briefed the media about the new project. She said that the executive block is a project of standard living that caters the needs and dreams of the people who select the best in every thing.She said that Gulberg is proud of real estate sector because they have fulfilled all their promises they committed with the investors. The announcement done by Shujaat Qureshy here will also be accomplished.
Mr. Shujaat Qureshy addressed to a large number of local land owners, dealers, developers at the launching ceremony. He said that some of our opponents were spreading rumors in the market crating suspicions but today’s launch has cleared our position that we are here and we are responsible persons.
He said that local land owners were very tough to handle. Our friends working with Gulberg for long negotiated with them and we have accomplished the acquirement in 6 month shortest time.
Shajaat Qureshy named the supporters as Raja Tazarrub, Raja Aftab, main contractor Raja Naeem, Raja Mujahid, Raja Adbdul Suboor, Qazi Aziz ur Rehman, Raja Ghulam Qadir and others.
He shared that the news blocks project will change the entire landscape and destiny of the local people. We will construct wide roads, hospitals, universities here. Now it is up to the local land owners that they want to live in a village or in a developed and planned beautiful society with necessary facilities.
