The honorable judge of District and Session court Islamabad, while sentencing human rights activist Imaan Mazari and her spouse in tweets against the state and state institutions (Security Forces), has mentioned 4 countries as designated terrorist states without any relevance and totally uncalled for, creating an awkward situation for Pakistan with respect to bilateral relations with these countries.

The countries are Iran, Syria, Cuba and North Korea. The judge has mentioned their names at page 18 of the order.

Judge Afzal Majoka writes in the order, ” The accused persons declared Pakistan state as terrorist state in their tweets. Currently there are  four countries that are designated terrorist states which are Cuba, Democratic Republic of Korea, Syria and Iran.”

Here it is worth mentioning that Pakistan has close and cordial relations with these four countries. Pakistan has diplomatic ties for decades with all countries and the embassies are working conveniently in all these countries and their’s in Islamabad reciprocally.

Who does not know Iran is neighbor and Pakistan supported Iran’s soverignty during recent attacks by Israel. Who does not know Pakistan’s Prime Minister and Field Marshal recently visited Iran and strenthened cooperation. High level delegations have visited Islamabad during last few months.

Who does not know Cuba was the first to send medical aid delegation to Pakistan after earthquake 2005. Later opened embassy and granted 1000 medical scholarships for Pakistani students. A full fledged hospital , set up during releif activities after earthquake was handed over to Pakistan.

Who does not know Pakistan has been enhancing cooperation with Syria , both times, before and after the change of government there.

Who does not know Pakistan has no problem with North Korea and North Korea is keen to strengthen ties with Pakistan.

Everyone knows but the honorable judge. Let’s see how our foreign office tackles with this matter that can generate reaction from the four countries definitely.

Pakistan Rejects Statement by the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on 27th Amendment

Most interestingly, the honorable judge has referred to some decisions of Indian Supreme Court and high courts of Calcutta and Karnataka as well in the identicle cases only to emphasize the merit of his order.

Notable here is, Indian courts are notorious in India itself for their continuous toeing the Hindetwa agenda of Modi regime. Reference of Indian courts’ orders to validate the order of a Pakistani court by a Pakistani judge can be used by the Indians to prove their illegal and biased court orders against Kashmir freedom strugglers.

Last but not the least, it is the first ever order from any court of Pakistan in which the honorable judge is seeking support from the orders of Indian courts for defence of Pakistani security forces.

The honorable judge has sucked in four friendly countries into a total internal matter of Pakistan. His order may bring repercussions for Pakistan from these states soon.

There is a saying in Urdu , ” Shah sey zyaadah Shah kay Wafaadaar “. The order has made a status like the same.

Translation of the saying , ” More Loyal to the King than the King himself”

This is said when someone makes the matter more complex than solving it, in one’s effort to please the boss by doing something extraordinary.
