Rawalpindi, March 30, 2023 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Y.Kistafin took part in a charity event aimed at supporting children without access to school education at the invitation of Senator Fawzia Arshad.
This event was organized by the Forum of Pakistani Teachers together with the Hashoo Foundation Charitable Foundation. During the event, it was noted that 22.8 million Pakistani children between the ages of 5 to 16 are out of school due to various reasons, including poverty and lack of permanent residence.
The participants stressed the importance of paying special attention to this problem and creating conditions for children so that they can receive secondary education. Within the framework of the event a fundraiser was carried out, the Embassy of Kazakhstan made its modest contribution to the promotion of this initiative.
Ambassador Y.Kistafin noted the relevance of this issue and expressed interest in strengthening cooperation between our countries in the field of education.
Senator Fawzia Arshad thanked the Ambassador for his participation and noted the readiness to assist in the development of cooperation between our countries in the field of education, exchange of experience in creating the necessary conditions for the development of children.
