Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) orchestrated the MED-Health Expo and Summit on August 16th, with the primary objective of fostering a robust platform for the exploration of export potential and the resolution of critical issues confronting Pakistan’s health and pharmaceutical sectors.
The distinguished inaugural ceremony saw the esteemed presence of the President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, who officially inaugurated the event, underscoring its significance in bolstering the country’s healthcare industry.
Furthermore, demonstrating the event’s international resonance and collaborative spirit, His Excellency Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan, graced the exhibition at the gracious invitation of RCCI’s leadership.
His tour of the exposition provided him with valuable insights into the operational mechanisms of pharmaceutical enterprises, synergistic partnerships with medical universities, and the dynamic strides being undertaken by Pakistani firms in advancing this crucial sector. In a gesture of gratitude, the Ambassador extended his commendation to Mr. Usman Shaukat for facilitating his enriching visit to the exhibition.
This progress benefits countries seeking cost-effective healthcare solutions and sparks interest from countries like Kazakhstan.
