The matter of alleged rape of a Pakistani girl by an Arab diplomat has been taken over by the higher and sensitive authorities from the Police station of Secretariat. They are up to arrange compensation in shape of heavy amount and the case closed with any legal action against the diplomat. The girl is in custody of the authorities who are in contact with the family (Widow Mother) of the girl.
Here, first we can share the confirmed information about the identity of the diplomat. He is Hassan bin Zaafer bin Ali Al-shehri of Saudi Arabia, resident of Diplomatic Enclave Islamabad. The girl (H.K) is from Allama Iqbal Town Lahore. She is 21 years old orphan who was allegedly trapped by Hassan bin Zaafer for job as secretary to him.
H.K traveled from Lahore to Islamabad on 15 March 2023 and reached in the evening. Hassan bin Zaafer made her enter into enclave and took her to his home. Hassan allured the girl as ” You are my secretary, you will get 200 K pkr salary and you can live in my home”
H.K complained ” In the night, Hassan asked my for sex while he was drunk. He put his gun on my head threatening to kill me if refused. He said that Police can not enter into my house. He had sex with me like a Satan. I was crying and requesting him that you are like a father to me (Age matter) but Hassan did not listen.”
H.K has blamed the diplomat of not only threatening her life but also to kill all her family if she did not complied to his sinful wishes. Hassan made a video of the girl and locked her in home for 3 nights. He would go to office in the day putting the girl in lock and return in the evening again to assault her sexually.
It was only three nights after that the girl again requested him to let her go because her mother is very ill. The diplomat allowed her finally and she went to Secretariat Police station where she filed her application to register FIR and provide justice that seems impossible in this case for obvious reasons.
Now the girl is not available anywhere to talk about the case. Her mobile phone number is off. This solidifies the information collected by this scribe that the girl is in custody of some other agency than Police. Certainly, it was not the level of the SHO of Secretariat to deal with accordingly only because of the person’s nationality involved in the heinous crime.
The case was referred to superior officials of Police and from there it was handed over to the big guns of some other agency who are now securing a “settlement” in shape of Money for Honor of an innocent young girl who was tempted towards the trap exploiting her need of job only.
The Other Agency officials are said to be active on throwing the dust under the carpet using their position and powers. They have received the medical test of the girl that confirms the rape. The staff at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) are reluctant to share any information. They totally contradict the question that the girl has been tested medically at PIMS while PIMS is the only hospital in Islamabad to conduct such sensitive tests.
This scribe shared the detail with the press officer of the Saudi Embassy on his whatsap to get his point of view but the officer did not responded back.
Everyone from Police to PIMS and Embassy are at “Denial Mode” like what happens when a Pigeon finds a Cat in front of him. The pigeon closes the eyes and assumes that cat is not there.
Pakistani officials can not gather the guts to proceed with the case according to law but Saudi officials can certainly see the matter accordingly. There are strict sentences of such crimes in their country. They are respected for their being custodians of the two holy Masjids. They can punish the diplomat as our religion directs us. The punishment is stoned to death.
