Pak Turkmen Foreign Ministers Discuss Trade Energy Cooperation at Third Political Dialogue in Islamabad

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar  held talks with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov on a range of bilateral areas of cooperation and regional and global issues of mutual concern.
They agreed to further strengthen bilateral cooperation and enhance high level dialogue and exchanges at the leadership level.
The two leaders led their respective delegations at the Third Round of Bilateral Political Consultations and explore avenues of bilateral cooperation with special focus on trade, investment and energy cooperation, regional connectivity and cultural relations.
The two sides  also discussed global and regional developments and areas of cooperation in multilateral forums.
Earlier on the arrival of Turkmen dignitary , he was warmly welcomed by the Federal Minister for Industries and Production, Rana Tanveer Hussain, at the Islamabad Airport.
