Pakistan Kazakhstan to Grow Cooperation on Sports Federations Level

Islamabad, July 4, 2024 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan Y.Kistafin held a meeting with the Federal Minister of Inter Provincial Coordination of Pakistan, Mr. Rana Sanaullah.
During the meeting, the sides discussed a wide range of issues on the bilateral agenda, paying special attention to strengthening cooperation in the field of tourism and sports.
The Ambassador informed about the priorities, tasks set, ongoing projects and planned activities aimed at further deepening cooperation between Kazakhstan and Pakistan.
In particular, it was noted about the growing cooperation at the level of sports federations (taekwondo, golf, big tennis, mountaineering, cycling, chess and etc.). In the context of the signed memorandum of cooperation in the field of tourism, it was proposed to organize the exchange of lists of tour operators to establish tourist flows between the two countries.
Minister R.Sanaullah highly appreciated the dynamics of the development of bilateral cooperation, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between the parties in the field of tourism and sports, which will certainly contribute to strengthening ties at the level of people to people contacts of the two countries.
At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached on the organization of online talks with the head of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
