    Islamabad : August 21,2026 – Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a meeting today with Malaysian Home Minister H.E. Saifuddin Nasution Ismail at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.

    The two sides reaffirmed close & brotherly ties between Pak & Malaysia and discussed ways to further enhance bilateral cooperation, particularly in trade & economy, mutual legal assistance & people-to-people exchanges.

    They also exchanged views on regional & Int’l developments of mutual interest and reaffirmed commitment to working closely for shared objectives of peace, stability & prosperity.

    The meeting was attended by Federal Minister for National Food Security & Research Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal Minister for Interior & Narcotics Control Senator Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan, Minister of State for Interior & Narcotics Control Talal Chaudhry, Federal Secretary for Commerce Jawad Paul, Federal Secretary for National Food Security & Research Amer Ali Ahmed & senior MoFA officials.
