Death threats to the second widow are a serious crime to be investigated. Raheela Munawwar, the accused widow withdrew money from the ATM of late Yahya Munawwar.

Yahya Manwar had built two houses for his second wife in Media Town and Bahria Town, while the first wife and her children are living in the most expensive E-sector of Islamabad.
After Yahya Manwar’s death a few years ago, his first wife and his sons, one of whom holds an important post in a federal institution, took possession of some other properties apart from the Media Town house. The password of Yahya Manwar’s ATM card was with the deceased’s elder son Umar, who withdrew huge sums of money at different times. On which the second widow took an injunction from the court.
Being forced to not get a share in several properties including Petrol Pump, commercial office in Centaurus Mall, the second wife who is now a widow and as per law she and her children are sharers in the property, senior Supreme Court lawyer Saeed Yusuf. By sending a legal notice to Yahya Munwar’s first wife Rahila Yahya, son Umar Yahya, late Yahya Munwar’s brother Syed Mujahid Munwar, Syed Tayyab Mujahid.
They have also demanded their share of house number 429 of A Block of Media Town, which is 35% according to the court order, which the first wife and children not only refuse to give to the second wife and her children, but also give serious threats. have been Senior Supreme Court advocate Saeed Yusuf, when contacted, confirmed the legal notice and said that if legally his client is not given his right, FIA and the relevant court will be approached immediately, including the Federal Ombudsman.
