President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited National Aerospace Science and Technology Park (NASTP) in Rawalpindi on 12 July 2024.He was accompanied by Air Chief Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu.
The visiting dignitary was briefed about JF-17 thunder fighter jets and other defense equipment.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev toured a military exhibition at the “National Aerospace Science and Technology Park” located at the Pakistan Air Force Base Nur Khan.
Azerbaijan media outlets added that , President Ilham Aliyev was briefed on the exhibition, which features various sections. The “NASTP Alpha” section showcases the Pakistan Air Force’s aviation equipment, space technology, radar systems, wireless communication systems, simulators, cyber technologies, information technologies, software, and artificial intelligence products.
This section also includes the “NASTP PSDP,” as well as Training, Certification, and Aviation Services divisions. NASTP integrates the National Institute of Emerging Systems and Technologies (NIEST), which houses several prominent training centers and the School of Emerging Technologies and Systems.
The “Alpha Techno” corner of the exhibition provides seamless and cost-effective workspace solutions for startups and established businesses or enterprises.
