America has claimed that its warriors pulled off another gutsy win deep inside enemy territory. A US official confirmed that elite Special Forces operators successfully rescued the Weapons Systems Officer from the F-15E Strike Eagle shot down over Iran. But his condition is not good.
The high-risk exfiltration turned into a fierce gunbattle with hostile forces on the ground.
The second crew member is now safe after intense combat operations. One pilot had already been recovered earlier. No American left behind.
Shaky nighttime video from the scene shows the chaos: bright flares lighting up the dark, streaks of tracers ripping through the sky, and multiple heavy explosions rocking structures below.
Gunfire and blasts echo as the team fights its way out with the downed airman.
These Special Forces troops are absolute heroes, risking everything in hostile Iranian territory to bring our man home.
The U.S. military rushed two HC-130J Combat King II aircraft from Germany to the Middle East for a high-stakes search and rescue mission.
An F-15E Strike Eagle was shot down over Iran on April 3. One crew member was safely recovered, but the weapons systems officer remains missing deep in hostile territory.

American warriors just pulled off one of the most intense combat rescues in special operations history, snatching a U.S. airman from enemy territory after his F-15E Strike Eagle was shot down over Iran.

Hundreds of elite special forces troops, backed by dozens of warplanes, helicopters, and advanced cyber and space intelligence assets, raced to locate the missing crew member. U.S. attack aircraft bombed and strafed Iranian convoys trying to reach him, clearing the path through hostile ground.
When American forces closed in, a firefight erupted. The airman, equipped with a beacon and secure comms, held his position until extraction. No U.S. casualties reported.
A senior military official called it one of the toughest and most complex missions ever attempted. In the heat of strikes against Iran, our forces showed once again they will move heaven and earth to bring Americans home.
US officials confirmed the second crew member from the downed F-15E Strike Eagle was found alive and recovered following a heavy firefight with Iranian forces. The first airman had already been safely extracted earlier.
This comes after Iran shot down the jet on April 3 over their soil in the first combat loss of a US fighter in the conflict. Our combat search and rescue teams pushed through heavy enemy fire to bring both pilots home, proving once again that America never leaves her own behind.
The pilots ejected safely after taking the hit, but the rescue operation turned fierce as Iranian troops opened up. Special operators and support forces faced direct threats yet completed the mission with grit and determination.

    On the other side,

Iranian military source told Tasnim that the US is trying to bomb and kill the pilot of a fighter jet that was shot down in Iran two days ago.

“After their disappointment to rescue the pilot of a fighter jet that was shot down by Iranian armed forces two days ago, the Americans are seeking to bomb and kill pilot in locations where he is likely to be present,” a military source told the Tasnim news agency.

The source noted that several American fighter jets bombed some areas in Kohgiluyeh city of the Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province tonight because they thought their pilot was present in this area.

The Americans are desperate to find their second person, whom they call the flight crew, and for this reason they want to kill him by bombing several places, he added.

The source did not comment on whether the individual is currently in the hands of Iranian forces.

“We are not saying anything about this at the moment, but one thing that can be mentioned is that the Americans are not telling the whole truth, even about the first pilot, whom they claimed they saved.”

According to the military source, the story of the pilots of this downed fighter jet will become another scandal for the Americans.
