The empoloyees of the Ministry of Culture and Heritage have left the work and stage a strike in protest to the torture of an officer of the ministry on a poor peon. This has generated an impression that the minister of culture needs to improve the culture of his ministry before working on the promotion of our national culture.
Director of the Ministry Mohammad Bilal can be seen in a video slapping and kicking a poor young peon who apparently failed to do something for the pharoe director.
The torutre instigated the other employees to leave the work and go on strike on 25 July Friday.
There was no information from the ministry as to what happened actually and what action the minister has taken against the cruel director.
The employees say that today it happened with one , tomorrow it will happend to others. They say that how an employee can be manhandled and tortured by any offficer at work.
In the picture one can see the employees gathered outside the Minister office who may not have direct involvement in the incident but he is incharg of the ministry and thus responsible for everything that happens there.
MNAs and Senators , when become minister , they appoint their private workers as PS , PA and other seats to have a strong grip on the administration.
