A reliable source, the most relevant to Foreign Funding Case against PTI head Imran Khan has revealed that “Imran Khan sent his confidants to the petitioner Akbar S Babar for out of Election Commission bargain to take the petition back.”
“Imran’s representatives contacted Akbar S Babar and sought a meeting with him. They offered to withdraw the case and you can tell us whatever you want. They said that Imran Khan has sent us and he is ready to re-conciliate as old friend. They said that Imran is ready to give you whatever you ask, The source shared with editor Tazeen Akhtar on the condition of anonymity.
Akbar S Babar rejected the offer that was sent to him more than one time.
“I have not fought this case for so many years to withdraw it when it is mature to get verdict from Election Commission, Mr. Babar disappointed the visitors to their dismay.
Here it worth noting that Akbar S Babar the pioneer General Secretary of PTI dissociated himself from Imran Khan soon after he found embezzlement in funding received from abroad. He also inquired about the funding from some companies that have Jewish and Indian background. Imran Khan could never explain to Babar that parted the ways of both friends.
Imran Khan appointed Chief Election Commissioner with his own choice. Imran enjoyed favors from ECP more than dozen time to keep the hearing and later the verdict pending in this high importance case that is related to security of country. Imran and admitted it in media that CEC Sikander Sultan is better than previous CEC. But later started bashing him when Imran felt that the ECP is about to release the verdict soon.

The source further shared ” The funds embezzled and concealed from the party and the government of Pakistan were transferred to the accounts opened in the names of some workers of PTI Secretariat Islamabad. At least two workers have also contacted to Mr. Babar and they are ready to be the witnesses against Imran Khan.
The source was asked by Editor Tazeen Akhtar weather he can share the names of the representatives and workers of Imran Khan or not? He replied, “Let them remain secret for now.”

Matter of fact is that ECP’s role in FFC is also dubious. ECP reached to conclusion many times but reserved the verdict. The conduct of ECP can be seen here that all side petitions of PTI were vehemently entertained by ECP but the main petition was mostly kept on back burner even during the present Chairman. It has been almost one decade that the case is still pending at ECP. This raises questions on the merits of ECP.
Now when everything has been made clear by the petitioner and by the dozens requests of pending the decision from the accused party, Big Question is why ECP is not issuing the final decision?
People are asking about why ECP is bound to keep the decision pending? What is the obstacle? Who is behind actually? This is just a pressure lever to cut Imran Khan into size? This is for keeping managerial control on PTI and Imran Khan?
And this case is only to keep Imran engaged with the Selectors?
